  It was there and my wife and I were hungry. We were in town for the 4th of July fireworks, had already parked, and didn't want to lose our parking space. Mazzio's was the first option within walking distance of the area for the fireworks which meant it was packed. The employees, while nice and polite, just seemed unable to cope with the crowd. They were still working like it was a regular, slow night instead of a packed madhouse full of hungry people. The only thing that saved them was the buffet which meant less personal attention was needed. My wife and I live in NW OKC, and while we do come once a week to Blanchard to buy milk from Stewart's Dairy, we'll just wait to get back home if we want pizza.

  Mold on buffet, told manager and they didn't even apologize... but even worse, they didn't remove the mold after I made them aware. One person in my party had to stand at the buffet warning customers and the employee just sit and glared at us. That wasn't the only problem, but this one was by far review worthy. I will be contacting corporate to get my money returned.

  Poor service. Managers act like they Dont care and are always on counter on their phone! Go somewhere else wish there was 1/16 of a star.

  Staff has always been amazing! Love the salad bar,because it's always clean. If you don't like regular letuce..Well they have spinach leafs instead!
